Staff at the award winning dental practice and implant clinic Apple Tree Dental Care, Newry were 'all smiles' this week as they celebrated their achievement of the Investors in People standard.
Minister for Employment and Learning Sir Reg Empey recently presented the award and certificate to Dr Katrina McKevitt and practice manager Mairead O'Rourke in a ceremony at Hillsborough Castle.
Dr McKevitt said, "We focus on creating a good experience for our clients and we enjoy a high satisfaction rate. Similarly we are conscious of looking inward to create a good experience for our staff. We strive to make our staff aware that their input and feedback is valuable and important.
"Being awarded the IIP status is a real achievement and we are very proud to hold this mark of good business practice.
"We would like to thank all our staff for their commitment and contribution towards achieving this prestigious award, in particular our practice manager Mairead O'Rourke for coordinating our efforts over the past 12 months."
