Lisa-Marie is the voice most patients hear first — and for anyone who is anxious about coming in, that first call makes the difference.

She qualified as a Dental Nurse at Belfast Met in 2008 and worked clinically at Appletree from 2006 to 2017, returning in 2018 as our Receptionist. That clinical background means your question often doesn’t have to wait for a clinician — she will usually know the answer.

She is particularly good with nervous patients. If you have put off coming back to the dentist for a while and are dreading even the phone call, Lisa-Marie is who you will hear.
